Minimum passing is 10 repetitions (60 points), with maximum scores requiring 60+ reps. This tests the ability to repeatedly lift oneself and equipment.

4. Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)

The SDC is a 250-meter course combining five different movements: sprint, sled drag, lateral shuffle, kettlebell carry, and sprint. It measures anaerobic endurance, agility, and functional strength. Minimum passing time is 3:00 (60 points), with maximum scores requiring 1:33 or faster. This simulates combat movements like evacuating casualties and moving equipment.

6. Two-Mile Run (2MR)
